On May 16, 2012, the “National ‘Thousand Talents Plan” (Nanjing) Biomedical Research Institute was unveiled by Zhao Yongxian, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and director of the Provincial Talent Office.

As the only innovation and entrepreneurship carrier for biomedical majors in the province of the Thousand talents Plan, we aim to solve the problems of few entrepreneurial talents, difficult gathering of talents, and low efficiency of industrialization in the Thousand talents Plan and to meet the needs of biomedical talents and industrial agglomeration and rapid development in Jiangsu Province.
